All documents, with the exception of the ones issued in Costa Rica, must be authenticated by the Costa Rican consulate in the issued country. The Costa Rican consulate will charge $40 per document for consular stamps. All documents must be authenticated in different departments before the authentication of the consulate, check with us for every document.
